Moonriver Inn is a perfect home-base for exploring Narrowsburg and immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River, a National Park.  Located on the banks of the Delaware River, Moonriver Inn is within the National Park boundaries and walking distance to rafting, canoeing, tubing and swimming activities.

We’re undergoing extensive renovations and will be reopening in the future as a vacation rental, available for stays on a weekly basis (or longer). You’ll have sole access to the newly remodeled space - complete with a full open kitchen, two living and dining rooms, remote work office/den, three bedrooms, and five bathrooms plus a new hot tub, large redwood platform deck and fully fenced and gated property!

Park at the Inn, and spend the rest of your getaway checking out the area on foot, or by canoe! Five fantastic restaurants are within a short walk.  Main Street and Bridge Street are solely populated with independently owned small businesses, which is increasingly rare in the modern day.

The Inn is owned and operated by Celeste Evans.  Originally from California, she fell in love with the natural environment at a young age and has made a successful career in the environmental planning and protection field first in San Francisco and for the past 20 years in New York City.   

Many weekend getaways to the Upper Delaware River area led to finding the current Moonriver Inn property in the early spring of 2018.  It was kismet  and did not take long till she left midtown consulting to focus solely on creating an idyllic, small inn experience in the heart of Narrowsburg, her favorite Catskills river town.    

"Owning and operating an inn in the mountains has always been a dream of mine, since I first went traveling and stayed in small inns and bed & breakfasts.  Traveling and exploring National Parks, mountain towns and natural areas is my lifelong passion. Working as a City Planner for two decades, I'm fascinated by what makes a successful town and community experience, that is also in harmony with the natural environment. Narrowsburg has it all - scenic beauty, great shopping, fantastic restaurants, and hiking and river activities.  All within walking distance!  Moonriver Inn provides comfortable, high-end accommodations and a home base for exploring or just relaxing away from the regular routine.  I hope you feel the same way and visit soon!"
