Policies

Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Reservations are not complete until confirmed with a credit card.  In the event of overlapping reservation requests, the first to confirm with a credit card deposit is granted the room.  A 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. There is a 2 night minimum, except on holidays where there is a 3 night minimum. A dog is allowed in the Overlook, Suite and Ivy Rooms for a $25/night charge not to exceed $50 for the full stay regardless of the number of nights booked.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cover credit card fees, $25 will be charged for any cancelled reservation. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your stay, the 25% deposit will be forfeited and if the reservation is canceled within 2 days of the stay, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
