Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. As a small business with limited turnovers, our reservations are very important to us. Cancellations made more than 30 days of the scheduled stay will have the deposit fully refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.  For cancellations made between 14 and 2 days of the scheduled stay the deposit will be forfeited, and cancellations made fewer than 2 days before the reservation will need to be paid in full.
